The report relied on data gathered by signatory companies of the Elevate Pledge, which states its businesses and employees will benefit through championing inclusive and diverse workplaces.

The 4th report, prepared in partnershp with PwC, states progress is being achieved by companies setting Science-Based Targets as part of a drive to move to net zero. Four years ago, BITCI launched its Low Carbon Pledge, with 47 companies signed up. That number has now grown to 70.
