Education Programmes
BITCI’s Education Programmes partner schools and businesses where corporate volunteers share valuable soft skills, real-world industry knowledge and career insights with DEIS students. These nationwide programmes are run at primary and secondary level to enhance pupils’ literacy and numeracy skills, offer work placements and widen their network. They are an effective employee engagement initiatives.
Employment Programmes
BITCI’s Employment Programmes enable companies to support and tap into the skills of jobseekers who experience challenges in accessing employment. Groups we work with include refugees, asylum seekers, vulnerable migrants, people with disabilities and health issues, women returners and members of the Traveller community. Also opportunities for corporate volunteering by offering to conduct mock interviews, training and share industry insights.
