Management Insights for School Leaders is a series of standalone management in-person workshops and online sessions for senior leaders – principals and deputy principals from primary and post-primary schools – led by business professionals and focused on practical tools and shared insights.
What is Management Insights for School Leaders?
Led by senior business leaders, each session focuses on a key leadership topics, offering practical tools and real-world insights, such as:
- Performance management
- Conflict resolution
- Personal effectiveness
- Marketing and PR
- Communications
- Change management
For participating companies, it is also a powerful way to give back to their community and support the next generation of school leadership.
What is the format & location?
- A mix of in-person and online sessions.
- In person: 3-hour workshops in locations around Ireland
- Online: 1-hour sessions
