BITCI Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

If you can answer YES to one or more of the following questions, then BITCI has the solution for you:

  • Are you recruiting? – Create a dedicated recruitment channel for BITCI jobseekers. Meet motivated and diverse jobseekers. Set targets for new hires. Access in-work supports.
  • Are you looking for corporate volunteering opportunities? – BITCI’s programmes offer corporate volunteers rewarding opportunities to support jobseekers, including mock interviewing, career workshops, and mentoring.
  • Are you disposing of IT equipment? – Where possible, BITCI donates or lends our jobseekers a refurbished laptop and WIFI access, enabling them to upskill online and apply for jobs.
  • Can you offer training? – BITCI welcomes offers of training that build general work readiness such as IT training or meet specific role requirements such as Safe Pass.
  • Do you have money to donate? – BITCI operates a small grants fund to support jobseekers overcoming specific barriers, e.g., covering childcare to attend interviews, or transport costs to attend training. Donations of any size are welcome.
  • Are you interested in sponsorship? – BITCI’s employment programmes have demonstrable social impact, benefiting jobseekers, employers, and wider society. BITCI is seeking a small number of corporate partners to enhance our offering.
