Declan Doyle
Declan Doyle is Chief Executive Officer of Bidvest Noonan, a leading FM services company operating across Ireland and the UK. Under his leadership, the business has grown substantially and now employs more than 27,000 people.
Declan began his career in finance, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at a leading forensic accountancy firm. In 2005, he joined Noonan as Financial Controller and quickly progressed to Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, he played a central role in a management buy-out, helping to position the company for a decade of strong growth. An advocate for continuous learning and development, Declan completed an MBA at Trinity College Dublin during this time. He also played a key role in the successful sale of the Noonan business to Bidvest Group in 2017 and continued in senior leadership until he was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019.
Since becoming CEO, Declan has led sustained growth, doubling the size of the company by 2021. He has championed investment in innovation, sustainability and talent, creating a purpose-driven business that plays an essential role in the success of its clients while contributing to safer, healthier communities for all.
